Heavy Industrial Dies

IHDM (Iran Heavy Dies Manufacturer) was established in 1991 and started to employ and train the personnel. The company at the same time signed a technical contract with Japanese FUJI Technical Co. for the required Know How and technical trainings. In 1994, skilled personnel , equipments and know how were ready for heavy duty manufacturing.

The first set of body dies which referred to KIA Pride was manufactured and delivered to SAIPA company in 1996. In 1996, die manufacturing capacity was increased from 600 tons to 1000 tons.

IHDM signed a technical contract with a well known Spanish manufacturer for mutual collaborations in manufacturing machine tools for exports in 1997. The first export contract was signed with RENAULT company in 1999 the first sets of dies were dispatched to France for testing by the next year. The first series of machine tools were exported to Europe in 2000. In 2003, negotiations for manufacturing horizontal and vertical machine centers were started with a foreign partner. The contract for manufacturing the dies for L90 (LOGAN) was signed with RENAULT-PARS company in 2004. From 2005 to 2013 producing and exporting some dies for RENAULT projects to various overseas sites such as COSKUNOZ company in Turkey were performed.
